If you return a Product to us:
(a) because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the seven (7) day cooling-off period (see clause terms & condition 4.1), we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days of the day you gave notice of cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, and any applicable delivery charges. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us;
(b) for any other reason (for instance, because you consider that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective Product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
(c) in case you are seeking a refund for whatever reason – you must email us your request for a refund at support@healthfine.uk and get a refund code from us which must be clearly marked both on the outside and inside of the box/envelope that you are sending the products back in. We will not proceed with the refund if the refund code has not been requested and/or is not clearly visible. In the event you may request the products back from us after having paid the relevant postage/delivery charge for us to send the goods back to you. You also accept that once having received these goods – you will not be able to claim a refund on them.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
